End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License
ResPública Seguridad grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service.
2. Important Disclaimer
- ResPública Seguridad is not an emergency response or dispatch service.
- The app does not connect you to 911, police, fire, or medical services, and does not dispatch responders.
- Location sharing is intended for social connectivity and coordination with trusted contacts only.
- In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency services number directly.
3. Location Features
Location features are optional and user-controlled. You can enable/disable sharing at any time and choose which contacts can view your location. Accuracy depends on device settings, GPS signal, and connectivity.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Using the app to impersonate emergency services or claim emergency dispatch capabilities.
- Harassing, stalking, or harming others using location data.
- Any illegal or unauthorized use.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties. ResPública Seguridad is not liable for failures in connectivity, inaccurate locations, or any reliance on the app for emergency response.
